The Manager, Human Resources supports companywide or specific state/region Human Resources initiatives in order to achieve business strategy and long- and short-term objectives. This role partners with and provides strategic and day-to-day support to assigned business leaders. Experience working in a union environment is preferred, including familiarity with labor relations, collective bargaining agreements, and contract administration.
