The Human Resources Manager (HRM) will work with the hotel to support associate relations, benefit administration, staff recruitment, worker’s compensation claims, and training and auditing of property HR systems and processes. The ideal candidate will be an individual capable of keeping the HR department in an organized and procedurally detailed fashion, and operate in a manner that lines up strategically with Legacy Ventures ideology and beliefs. This is a full-time exempt position. The HRD will report to the hotel General Manager with indirect reporting to the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
