Hempler's Foods Group - Manager, Human Resources

Oberto Snacks IncFerndale, WA
$120,000 - $135,000Onsite

About The Position

At Hempler’s Foods Group, our story began in the early 1800s in a family sausage kitchen in Borken, Germany—and continues today with a deep commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and people. From Hans Hempler’s journey to becoming a master sausage maker to building a legacy in the United States, our history is rooted in quality, tradition, and passion. Today, we’re looking for a people-first Human Resources Manager to help carry that legacy forward by shaping a strong, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace culture. As our Human Resources Manager, you will be the senior HR presence at our Ferndale manufacturing plant—owning the people strategy, leading the HR team onsite, and partnering directly with plant and corporate leadership to drive business results through people. You’ll influence culture. You’ll coach and challenge leaders. You’ll balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for an HR leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and thinking long-term. You’ll champion employee engagement, guide performance management, ensure compliance, and foster an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered. If you thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, enjoy coaching leaders, and want to make a meaningful impact—this role is for you.
