Today, we’re looking for a people-first Human Resources Manager to help carry that legacy forward by shaping a strong, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace culture. As our Human Resources Manager, you will be the senior HR presence at our Ferndale manufacturing plant—owning the people strategy, leading the HR team onsite, and partnering directly with plant and corporate leadership to drive business results through people. You’ll influence culture. You’ll coach and challenge leaders. You’ll balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for an HR leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and thinking long-term.
