We’re looking for a collaborative and solutions-oriented HR professional who is passionate about supporting people and driving business success. In this role, you will partner with leaders and teams to deliver impactful HR programs, strengthen employee engagement, and support the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding through development and retention. You will play a key role in areas such as employee relations, HR policy guidance, compensation and rewards coordination, and HR training initiatives. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to broader HR initiatives including talent development, recruiting, organizational performance, and HR systems. The role supports the Director of the Midwest Region-HR Business Partner, and leadership to successfully implement local initiatives and execute regional and corporate programs as well as help to create an environment to attract, develop, retain and engage talent throughout the Operating Company to deliver business goals.
