In partnership with the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Human Resources, the Human Resources (HR) Manager oversees and manages key human resource and operations activities for the organization that include but are not limited to employee relations; legal compliance; HR program management; Human Resource Information System (HRIS) maintenance and reporting; and employee training programs. This exempt position will report to the AVP of Human Resources in the Department of Human Resources. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote. The anticipated salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with related experience).
