As the HR leader for the Salt Lake City operations, this role partners with Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. The HR Manager will have responsibilities across many disciplines in HR and will work on multiple projects that vary in scale and complexity. In addition, the incumbent will perform duties to ensure the day to day functioning of the HR department are done in a manner to ensure all government regulations, corporate policies, procedures, and practices are followed in the most effective manner possible. This position is responsible for the administration of employee benefits, new hire orientation/on-boarding, compliance, policy development, internal and external reporting, and will support the administration of our learning system.
