About The Position

The HR Operations Lead is responsible for owning and executing the core operating rhythm of the enterprise HR function. This role ensures HR processes, calendars, systems, and communications run accurately, consistently, and on time. The is a hands-on, execution-focused role that operates with a high degree of independence. The HR Operations Lead coordinates across HR and cross-functional partners to ensure work is prioritized, sequences, and completed effectively. While initially an individual contributor, this role is expected to grow in scope and responsibility as the organization scales. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function. HR Operations & Lifecycle Management Own and manage onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating across HR, IT, Facilities, and managers Determine onboarding sequencing and scheduling, including HR-led orientation and coordination of non-HR onboarding components Coordinate new and returning employee equipment workflows Own intern onboarding logistics and execution consistency HR Calendar & Operating Rhythm Own and manage the enterprise HR calendar, including performance reviews, merit and promotion cycles, goal-setting processes, recognition activities, and recurring HR forums Prioritize and sequence HR operational work across competing deadlines Identify execution risks and adjust timelines as needed to meet business requirements Proactively escalate issues with recommended solutions Systems, Data & Process Integrity Serve as the operational owner for HR systems coordination and data maintenance Run and validate HR data pulls to support reporting, audits, and decision-making Identify data discrepancies and determine appropriate correction paths Manage SPR submissions and corrections Maintain organized, audit-ready HR documentation Compensation & Talent Cycle Administration Prepare and distribute compensation letters and statements using approved templates Coordinate execution of performance management and goal-setting cycles Track completion and resolve execution gaps across HR and leadership teams Ensure operational consistency with established compensation and performance governance Communications & Program Execution Own execution of HR communications, including timing, format, and distribution Manage publication of HR artifacts such as guides, newsletters, and presentations Coordinate HR summits and monthly HR meetings, including logistics and follow-through Execute recognition programs in alignment with established frameworks Special Programs & Coordination Support ESG-related HR initiatives through coordination of timelines, data, and reporting inputs Manage HR coordination related to international security and visa processes in partnership with Legal and external providers Decision-Making & Accountability Exercise independent judgment in managing HR operational workflows Determine prioritization, sequencing, and execution methods within established governance Identify operational risks and inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions Determine when escalation is required based on risk, timing, or compliance impact MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications: 35 years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, People Operations, or similar roles Strong organizational and execution skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently Experience working with HR systems and basic reporting preferred Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating across teams Ability to operate with limited day-to-day supervision

Requirements
