The Manager - HR Compliance & Employee Relations, reporting into the Director of Global HR Compliance & Employee Relations, is responsible for managing and supporting HR compliance and employee relations programs across North America, and supports global compliance programs. This role is focused on organizational adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements while promoting fair, consistent, and compliant workplace practices. The position serves as a subject matter expert on HR compliance, compliance reporting, and workplace investigations. In addition, the role drives data-driven HR strategies through the development of HR metrics, dashboards, and analytics that inform leadership decisions. The ideal candidate combines compliance expertise with strong analytical capability and a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging automation and process optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
