About The Position

Execute and operationalize the learning and engagement strategy for P&T products, ensuring hotel colleagues build confidence, clarity, and capability across IHG’s portfolio of hotel-facing solutions .This role translates cross-product experience principles into structured training journeys, live engagement moments, and reinforcement mechanisms that drive sustained adoption. Your Day to Day: Learning Journey Design & Execution Design modular, role-based training journeys across multiple hotel-facing products, programs & personas where required. Translate product features and workflows into practical, scenario-based training experiences. Develop structured training briefs aligned to product releases. Ensure training & engagement assets reflect real hotel workflows and operational realities. Live Engagement & Facilitation Design and facilitate webinars, deep dives, showcases, and interactive engagement sessions. Lead product Train-the-Trainer sessions where required. Support champion and power-user engagement programs through structured touchpoints. Bring product capabilities to life through demos and operational storytelling. Cross-Product Reinforcement Reinforce how multiple products connect operationally within hotel workflows. Identify potential confusion points during product delivery and address experience friction themes with working team. Ensure hotel touchpoints are sequenced in alignment with broader engagement/communications cadence.

Responsibilities

  • Design modular, role-based training journeys across multiple hotel-facing products, programs & personas where required.
  • Translate product features and workflows into practical, scenario-based training experiences.
  • Develop structured training briefs aligned to product releases.
  • Ensure training & engagement assets reflect real hotel workflows and operational realities.
  • Design and facilitate webinars, deep dives, showcases, and interactive engagement sessions.
  • Lead product Train-the-Trainer sessions where required.
  • Support champion and power-user engagement programs through structured touchpoints.
  • Bring product capabilities to life through demos and operational storytelling.
  • Reinforce how multiple products connect operationally within hotel workflows.

  • Feed briefs & work with hotel product creative services to produce facilitator guides, job aids, quick-start materials, and reinforcement tools.
  • Partner with Creative Services on production of visual and digital training/engagement assets.
  • Maintain view of necessary content updates that need to be addressed across release cycles.
  • Coordinate logistics with Deployment and/or Vendor teams when training delivery requires operational support.
  • Experience with track participation, engagement, and knowledge retention metrics.
  • Analyze feedback to identify adoption risks or clarity gaps.
  • Refine approaches based on release learnings and field insights.
  • Contribute structured insights into Product Marketing & Adoption, Deployment and Product Teams.
