About The Position

The Quality Assurance role ensures that each property adheres to all brand standards and consistently delivers brand service standards by conducting thorough evaluations across all guest‑facing and back‑of‑house touchpoints. This role identifies opportunities for improvement and partners closely with property leadership to elevate brand performance. Through structured audits, clear reporting, and action planning, the auditor helps safeguard the brand reputation and drive consistency across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years hotel operations leadership role in a full-service hotel property required.
  • 1+ year experience as in-person QA audit role in a full-service hotel brand or franchisee
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and speaking skills required
  • Strong collaborating and influencing skills and the ability to professionally interact with stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of initiatives across multiple locations and projects
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Command of the English language both written and verbal, with the ability to demonstrate warmth and empathy when engaging with others
  • Proficient computer and lodging system skills including but not limited to audit and guest feedback platforms, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive brand audits across hospitality properties to ensure adherence to internal brand standards and guidelines
  • Evaluate guest-facing and operational touchpoints for brand consistency
  • Enforce brand standards while balancing operational realities and guest experience expectations
  • Document audit findings clearly, accurately, and objectively using scoring tools, reports, and photographic evidence
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve compliance, quality, and brand alignment
  • Collaborate with property teams, corporate stakeholders, and leadership to communicate results and drive action planning process for remediation of sub-standard audit items
  • Track and report out on recurring issues, trends, and risks to support continuous brand and quality improvement
  • Analyze guest feedback data to identify gaps and correlate with audit results
  • Contribute to improvements of the audit process including tools and scoring framework
  • Maintain and retain confidential information regarding the Company, vendors, and guests
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the company’s venues, products and happenings
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or determined by management
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as established in the Team Member Handbook
