Job Summary Memorial Hermann Memorial City seeks a Hospital Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our growing team. This position will have oversight and management of medication use process, central/decentralized pharmacy operations, and inventory in a 440-bed community medical center (MHMC). Demonstrated leadership experience within an acute care hospital pharmacy is essential to this role. Knowledge and experience with USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines. Knowledge and experience with 340B program, highly desired. Position is responsible for supervising designated Pharmacy Department personnel and for filling and labeling prescriptions and providing drug-related information to inpatients and outpatients. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patient served.
