We're looking for a proactive HSE Manager to lead and elevate our health, safety, and environmental programs. Reporting to the Plant Director, you'll be the driving force behind a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and empowering employees to work safely every day. You'll partner across departments to identify improvements, lead training and audits, and drive continuous enhancement in environmental performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead incident investigations, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions.
  • Experience managing environmental programs, including emissions, waste, and water reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety data management systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications (CSP, CIH, or equivalent) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
  • Drive a safety-first culture through training, engagement, and accountability at every level of the organization.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions to prevent incidents and improve performance.
  • Manage incident investigations, reporting, and follow-up to ensure root cause identification and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee environmental programs including emissions, waste, and water reporting, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate across departments to integrate safety practices into daily operations and project planning.
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation, records, and reporting systems.
  • Partner with leadership to promote proactive safety strategies and achieve measurable performance goals.
