With nearly five decades of experience, SCAN is dedicated to improving care for older adults through Medicare Advantage, fully integrated care models, primary care, and next-generation care delivery models. The Manager, Health Policy position is part of the Policy, Government Affairs (PGA) team. This role involves researching, tracking, and analyzing federal and state legislative and regulatory health policy issues, with a specific focus on areas such as Medicare Advantage, Part D, duals integration, Medicaid payment policy, and health equity. The Health Policy Manager will collaborate with internal staff, participate in meetings with policymakers, industry trade groups, and non-governmental organizations that influence public policy. The role also involves supporting SCAN's mission and goals, including an active interest in AI's potential to transform operations and member service.
