The Manager of Health Information Management Operations is directly responsible for the daily operations of the Health Information Department, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, professional standards, and hospital rules and regulations. This role provides direction to HIM operations supervisors and team leaders to achieve and maintain workflow efficiency and optimal productivity. As an essential member of Health Information Management leadership, the Manager contributes to Brown University Health’s organizational strategy and core values. The position serves as the first point of contact for administrative, medical staff, and regulatory issues.
