Insight seeks a dynamic and driven Manager in Product Management to lead our hardware and software Partner Specialist and BDM portfolio. In this role, you will be critical in driving growth and profitability for our Lenovo partnership by supporting our sales team in attaining and retaining clients. You will be responsible for achieving margin, deal registration, and supplier reimbursement (SR) targets for all assigned products, services, or categories while managing a high-performing team of direct reports. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university.
Minimum 5 years of related experience in a corporate environment.
Minimum 3-5 years in a team management role.
Experience in technology industries, such as Information Technology, is highly desired.
Executive presence: ability to effectively present effective information to top management, public groups, or other leaders.

Responsibilities

Proven ability to drive marketing strategy for all segments.
Experience managing and developing a team of Partner Specialists and Business Development Managers.
Strong focus on growing profitable market share and positioning key Partner programs and offerings to drive profitable growth.
Ability to provide focus through sales and technical enablement, including field + inside, sales, and technical alignment.
Strong ability to establish a Partner lifecycle program focusing on the Land/Adopt/Expand/Renew methodology to ensure clients receive the best ROI from their investments.
Experience providing ROI for Partner Investment, including strategic joint business planning, partner reverse marketing, delivering results, and enabling GP retention.
Ability to combine software, hardware, and services to create client solutions.
