Your Role at SafelyYou We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, GTM Enablement to design, execute, and scale enablement programs that drive consistent, effective execution across our go-to-market teams. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role will partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to ensure teams are equipped with the messaging, tools, training, and processes required to succeed throughout the full customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enablement strategy, sales process alignment, and program execution within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, sales enablement, or a related role within a SaaS or technology-driven, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and scale enablement programs that improve sales execution and performance.
  • Strong understanding of modern B2B sales motions, sales processes, and best practices across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance for sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and scale GTM enablement programs that drive consistent execution across Net New Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional go-to-market teams.
  • Work closely with the VP of Revenue Operations to ensure enablement directly supports how deals move through the funnel and how sales teams execute day to day.
  • Own sales onboarding and ongoing readiness programs, including role-based training, certification as appropriate, and reinforcement across the full sales lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain core GTM enablement assets, including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, talk tracks, playbooks, competitive enablement, and objection-handling resources.
  • Enable major GTM moments—including product launches, pricing changes, new sales motions, and conferences/events—through structured, timely enablement programs.
  • Establish enablement metrics and feedback loops to measure adoption, effectiveness, and impact on pipeline progression, conversion, and deal quality.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to translate product updates and market insights into clear, actionable enablement for the sales team.
  • Support adoption of sales tools and technologies by enabling effective, in-workflow usage that improves seller productivity and execution.
