This role sits on Grubhub’s Performance Marketing team, reporting into the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing. You will be responsible for leading Grubhub’s in-house paid search team and building a modern, best-in-class paid search program. As our search subject matter expert, you will be expected to surface industry trends and test opportunities to drive consistent performance improvements. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven approach to their work and constantly look for ways to drive growth and innovation within our paid search program. This role will be responsible for holistically managing the SEM program and driving performance improvements, while securing required buy-in from leadership on initiatives and partnering with various cross-functional stakeholders. As a result, the role also requires exceptional communication and storytelling skills. The ideal candidate will also have a proven ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. We are looking for someone who has an ownership mindset and will successfully balance building a long-term paid search roadmap with overseeing day-to-day performance management and execution.
