About The Position

The Manager, Growth Analytics is tasked with partnering with key internal and client teams to oversee measurement, insights and performance optimization deliverables. The ideal candidate can push beyond the obvious answers and quickly use the data, tools, analytical techniques and resource partners to make actionable, and data-based recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in media analytics, Pharma experience a plus but not required
  • Proven understanding of media measurement, KPI selection and benchmarking across media planning and placement
  • Experience in written and verbal client presentations sharing performance results, recommendations and/or POVs
  • Understanding of data operating models, key media metrics, KPIs and industry standard data sources
  • Understanding of current state-of-the-industry norms, tools and innovations
  • Passion for working with large data sets and manipulating numbers to develop marketing insights that advance reporting and client business performance.
  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and strict QA processes
  • Data Management & Visualization: PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, SQL/Python, Snowflake, experience with AI tools a plus.
  • Media Reporting Tools: Google Campaign Manager (DCM), SA360, Social Media Platforms (Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube), Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with and ability to quickly adapt to emerging agentic AI, generative AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the state of our clients' businesses across a variety of systems, channels and data sources (paid search, display media, website, social media, offline media, TV, client business data)
  • Ensure accuracy of the data across the team, working quickly to identify data issues and provide actionable solutions to correct.
  • Generate thoughtful and fully supported insights to illustrate a larger story surrounding media metrics and data trends.
  • Manage relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide cohesive performance stories.
  • Apply independent, critical thinking and reasoning to data to uncover media and marketing communications opportunities that generate business results
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of paid campaign advertising and make recommendations to improve performance.
  • Support the creation and communication of multi-channel measurement plans, including KPI selection and benchmark creation
  • Manage relationships with data vendors, collaborating on performance learnings.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members
