About The Position

This role leads the development and evolution of advanced analytics, marketing measurement, and experimentation frameworks to drive growth and optimize marketing performance across channels. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, guide investment decisions, and ensure marketing efforts are data-driven and impactful. Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams, you will define attribution models, lead experimentation, and apply AI-driven analytics to uncover growth opportunities. This position offers high visibility and influence, shaping strategy at both tactical and executive levels. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or marketing analytics, with at least 5 years in growth or performance marketing
  • Deep expertise in marketing measurement, attribution modeling, and econometrics
  • Hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning techniques to marketing or growth challenges
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets across multiple platforms
  • Experience owning and managing marketing analytics technology stacks (e.g., GA4, MMPs, attribution partners)
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders with clear insights
  • Strong project leadership, roadmap planning, and strategic execution skills
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills with a bias for action

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the end-to-end growth and marketing measurement framework across performance and brand channels
  • Partner with Data Science to develop customer engagement models and actionable insights
  • Design and maintain advanced attribution models, including multi-touch, incrementality-based, and econometric approaches
  • Lead experimentation efforts (lift tests, geo tests, holdouts) to quantify true campaign impact and optimize spend
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover growth drivers and channel interactions
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, executive-friendly insights and recommendations
  • Partner with marketing leadership to guide budget allocation, forecasting, and long-term growth planning
  • Manage marketing analytics tools and ensure data quality and measurement standards
  • Stay current on industry trends in AI, marketing measurement, attribution, and privacy regulations
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing Growth Analytics team as the function scales
