About The Position

The Manager, Global Supply Strategy & Optimization supports CK Global Supply initiatives through a balance of analysis, project management, and cross-functional coordination. Reporting to the Director Global Supply Strategy & Optimization, this role focuses on executing supply strategies, tracking performance, and supporting sourcing and responsiveness efforts across regions. The role partners with regional Supply teams and corporate functions to manage priorities, support GTM execution, and translate supply insights into clear actions and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting strategy, operations, or supply chain initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Working knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, allocation, or responsive supply models
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to support continuous improvement through execution and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
  • Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills

Responsibilities

  • Support annual supply priority planning and ongoing progress tracking across Supply teams.
  • Manage timelines within project workstreams and strategic initiatives
  • Support preparation of structured materials and analysis for leadership reviews and decision forums
  • Manage global supply operations for responsive buying models, including replenishment, CR, and in-season initiatives.
  • Support risk mitigation and vendor diversification efforts through analysis and project management.
  • Manage assigned portfolio of supply projects; ensure clear scope, milestones, and accountability.
  • Track key metrics, issues, and decisions to support consistent execution.
  • Coordinate the collation of content / data inputs for updates to cross-functional partners.
  • Support the communication of progress and risks to stakeholders
  • Support leadership meetings through preparation of materials, action tracking, and follow-ups.
