About The Position

The Manager, Global Marketplace Operations, will lead the operational development and execution of the company’s global online marketplace initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating product listings, pricing alignment, inventory allocation, and fulfillment workflows across global digital marketplaces. Acting as the operational owner of marketplace activities, this role partners closely with Commercial, Pricing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure products are properly positioned, priced, and delivered efficiently to marketplace customers. The Manager will also establish scalable processes and documentation to support the company’s growth in global e-commerce channels.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, digital commerce, or operational program management Required.
  • Experience managing or operating online marketplaces and digital storefronts globally.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience coordinating across commercial and logistics functions.
  • Proven ability to build processes and document operational workflows.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Operations, or related field Preferred.
  • Experience working in global or multi-regional environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational coordination of the company’s presence across global online marketplaces.
  • Manage the end-to-end workflow of product listings, pricing updates, inventory availability, and order fulfillment across platforms.
  • Ensure marketplace operations are aligned with commercial strategy and pricing guidelines.
  • Partner with Operations and warehouse teams to determine product allocation and shipment to marketplace fulfillment destinations.
  • Monitor inventory flow and fulfillment timelines to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues impacting marketplace fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Pricing and Commercial teams to ensure marketplace pricing reflects approved strategies.
  • Support product assortment decisions and marketplace expansion initiatives.
  • Track marketplace performance metrics including order activity, inventory levels, and operational issues.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into marketplace operations and performance.
  • Oversee marketplace customer order tracking, issue resolution coordination, and operational support for customer inquiries.
  • Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketplace operations.
  • Build scalable processes for managing product listings, fulfillment coordination, and marketplace workflows.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between Commercial, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support teams for marketplace initiatives.
  • Drive alignment across teams to support the company’s global digital commerce strategy.
