You will oversee engineering studies, budgeting, scheduling, and construction activities to enhance plant performance, drive operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will explore and implement new technologies to improve overall power generation capabilities.Key Skills & Responsibilities:Engineering & Project Leadership: Direct professional engineering and project management efforts across multiple disciplines for power plant projects.Capital Project Oversight: Manage budgeting, scheduling, economic evaluations, and construction activities to ensure efficient project execution.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with management, plant production, planning, environmental, and safety teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.Process & Performance Optimization: Lead engineering studies and analysis to drive efficiency, reliability, and compliance in power plant operations.Technology Innovation: Research and recommend new technologies to improve plant performance and operational sustainability.Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all engineering and capital project activities adhere to industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.We are looking for engineering and project management leaders who: Have extensive experience in power generation, gas & oil plant operations, or capital project management.
