Job Description Providing support of day-to-day processing of FX / NDF / MM / Derivatives and Fixed Income products for overseas branches Follow up on outstanding confirmation, trade settlement instructions, chasing and matching. Attend to queries from both internal and external clients. Liaise with front office / external parties to ensure accurate trade capture / confirmation/ settlement and to raise necessary escalation timely. Monitor and check fixings and settlements. Ensure that non-receipts / non-payments of funds are monitored, follow up and resolved. Review and submit monthly statistics, including but not limited to transaction volume, dealer errors, outstanding trade confirmations to management. Assist in UAT and other ad-hoc projects.
