This role focuses on ensuring disciplined execution of core HR processes, including performance evaluation and hiring process completion, in close coordination with HR partners and leadership, rather than functioning as a centralized HR control or strategy role. This role focuses on governance, technical reporting, and strategic HR advisory, providing operational oversight rather than hands-on execution or program design. The position ensures alignment with the operational realities of freight forwarding and its affiliated subsidiaries while elevating HR decision-making through structured analytics, trend reporting, and strategic insights.
