Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in finance or FP&A, preferably in tech environments.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex budgets and finance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and ERP platforms.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling and business analytics.
  • Strong analytical abilities with excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills in dynamic settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and competing priorities.

  • Professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly financial close activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer support teams.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models for ROI assessment.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes and systems.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
