Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of relevant experience in finance or FP&A, preferably in tech environments.
Proven expertise in managing complex budgets and finance teams.
Strong knowledge of financial systems and ERP platforms.
Advanced skills in financial modeling and business analytics.
Strong analytical abilities with excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills in dynamic settings.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

Professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Oversee monthly and quarterly financial close activities.
