A Brief Overview We are seeking a dynamic, highly visible leader to take ownership of a critical enterprise operating rhythm. In this high‑profile role, you will partner closely with the Lead Director to drive flawless execution of the Enterprise MBR and QBR processes. You’ll ensure financial accuracy and transparency, lead continuous process improvements, and play a key role in strategic planning and risk assessment—bringing structure, insight, and momentum to complex, cross‑functional workstreams

Requirements

  • 3+ years working in Finance or related field
  • 3+ years experience communicating and presenting effectively to complete projects independently and on time skills, conveying information clearly to diverse audiences
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

  • Ability to build relationships with internal colleagues focused on enhancing departmental outcomes
  • Knowledge of Finance initiatives, meeting cadence and the Finance organization including connections to Finance leaders
  • Proven ability to complete projects independently and on time

Responsibilities

  • Partners on operations for financial planning processes, including Enterprise Monthly Business Review and Enterprise Quarterly Business Review.
  • Contributes to monthly and quarterly reporting packages and formal business reviews, and participates in leadership presentations.
  • Collaborates with business leaders to identify areas of improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Allocates resources to improve financial planning and analysis inefficiencies, implement automation or standardization initiatives, and enhance the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
