Our Surgery team delivers surgical technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals around the world, helping to effectively treat prevalent conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and cancer. We are searching for a Manager, Forecasting and Analytics to be based in Santa Clara, CA with consideration for Cincinnati, OH and Raritan, NJ. This role will require the position to be onsite 3 days per week with remote work 2 days per week. The Manager, Forecasting & Analytics shapes and develops forecasts, dashboards, and analytical insights that inform sales strategy, commercial planning, and S&OP. This role builds, shapes and maintains models, ensures data accuracy, and provides actionable insights to Sales, KAM, and Commercial Ops.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in analytics, forecasting, commercial operations, or FP&A.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong quantitative and data visualization skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Experience in the medical device space and experience in a capital sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Shape, build and maintain demand, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
  • Shape, build and maintain dashboard and analytics to drive data driven decision.
  • Produce analytics for performance reviews, KPIs, sales productivity, and account trends.
  • Maintain data quality and CRM integrity for accurate reporting.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Service and Commercial Ops on capacity planning and growth modeling.
  • Collaborate closely with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery, Polyphonic and Monarch).
