Required: Experience with Oracle Financials or similar enterprise financial systems; Experience with data governance, data quality management, and data security (SOC); Experience with cloud-based financial applications and infrastructure; Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting principles, and financial reporting; Experience with data warehousing and BI analytics tools; Experience with project management and managing onshore/offshore resources; Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and controls; Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field Preferred: Experience with Hyperion or cloud-based planning/reporting tools; Experience with payroll systems and international payroll implementation; Experience with process automation and digital transformation initiatives; Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and project management tools; Master's degree in a related field ; Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Oversee and manage financial technology governance, data quality, and system access controls across Finance applications including Oracle Financials, payroll, and shipboard financial systems; Lead and support financial technology projects including cloud migration (Hyperion), international payroll implementation, shipboard system automation, and automated invoicing; Develop and maintain the Financial Technology roadmap in partnership with Finance, IT, Payroll, FP&A, Treasury, and Compliance stakeholders; Manage and develop a team of onshore and offshore contractual resources; assess staffing needs and define strategic departmental plans; Design and implement security, governance, and compliance frameworks including SOX controls, vendor approvals, password reset compliance, and user access management; Provide technical guidance to Business Analysts and Project Managers; produce executive project reporting, ROI analyses, and business objectives for funding approval; Identify and drive process improvement, automation, and standardization opportunities across financial planning, reporting, and operational workflows; Why apply?
