About The Position

Cozen O’Connor is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Systems Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the firm’s financial systems portfolio, primarily Aderant Expert. In this role, you’ll ensure the effective daily operations of the financial system by managing support, system health, maintenance, and data integrity. You’ll play a central role in driving finance transformation efforts and systems implementations. Leading a team of three staff members, you’ll be the go-to expert for the financial system. This position reports to the Director of Financial Systems.
