About The Position

The Manager, Financial Systems will be responsible for administering and enhancing finance-based reporting and planning solutions in Oracle EPM cloud applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, or related discipline preferred, or equivalent years of experience in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance systems with experience in financial reporting and/or accounting
• 4 plus years of experience working with Oracle EPM applications
• Implemented at least three EPM applications (either FCCS or EPBCS or both) end-to-end
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Project management skills to work well under time constraints and effectively balance multiple, concurrent demands while prioritizing responsibilities and workload
• Knowledge of SQL, OLAP, and data warehousing concepts
• Working knowledge of Groovy scripts in Oracle EPM landscape
• Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
• Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.
• All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience and/or knowledge of the rental equipment industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, evaluation, testing, and implementation of system build, break fixes, enhancements, projects, and other system changes
• Assist and support all projects, development, and enhancements related to Oracle EPM applications
• Build Oracle EPM applications (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, TM, NRCS, etc.) to support business operations, performance management, and reporting requirements
• Support dimension management, metadata design/maintenance, ETL development, and data validation processes
• Build and support Business Rules and Groovy scripts for EPBCS
• Build Oracle Reports/SmartView templates as required by the business and FP&A department
• Provide day-to-day administration, management, and support of Oracle EPM applications
• Support daily and monthly financial close processes, annual budget and periodic forecast
