ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Financial Reporting to join our finance & accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex financial reports, consolidating financial statements across multiple ERP systems, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing quarterly investor reporting, overseeing debt covenant compliance reporting, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. WHAT YOU’LL DO Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including statement of operations and comprehensive income, balance sheet, statement of stockholders’ equity, statement of cash flows, and supporting footnotes and disclosures. Review the consolidation trial balances maintained across multiple ERP systems, ensuring proper FSLI mappings, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, etc. Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards. Prepare the Company’s GAAP and disclosure checklists. Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings (e.g., SEC filings if/when the company becomes a public filer). Review quarterly investor reporting, inclusive of both GAAP and non-GAAP r eporting. Review quarterly debt covenant compliance reporting. Support annual budgeting and monthly forecast processes. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management, including benchmarking against peer financials and horizon scanning for pending relevant FASB and SEC content. Improve and streamline financial reporting processes and systems. Develop effective working relationships and liaise with other functional areas including general accounting, technical accounting, revenue, tax, treasury, government accounting, manufacturing finance, supply chain, and FP&A. Support M&A by participating in the integration of acquired business’ accounting functions, supporting the review of acquired business’ closing balance sheets, and supporting preparation of purchase accounting and related footnotes and disclosures. Assist with Anduril’s possible preparation for a future IPO and ERP implementation. Support the external audit process. Develop, manage and own executive level goals each year including close optimization, acquisition integration timelines, IPO readiness, etc.
