  • Modeling Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. You must be able to build complex, multi-tab integrated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) from scratch.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to distill complex data sets into actionable insights for executive leadership.
  • "Builder" Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and possess the initiative to create processes where none currently exist.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  • Collaboration: Partnership and flexibility mindset is a must.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Weekly leadership and sponsor updates: Partner with the CFO to design and maintain real-time financial updates for leadership and sponsors
  • Advanced Revenue & Cost Modeling: Build robust, driver-based long-term financial models to segregate revenue by business type (deployment, managed services, and recurring)
  • Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly "Actual vs. Plan" analysis to the executive team, identifying key performance drivers and risks.
  • Strategic Long-Range Planning (LRP): Translate the CEOs and CFO’s strategic vision into quantified financial outcomes, providing the roadmap for i2G Systems' multi-year growth trajectory.
  • Decision Support: Act as a financial consultant to department heads, providing ROI analysis on capital expenditures and evaluating the financial viability of new market entries.
  • Process Automation and AI deployment: Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline financial data collection, aggregation, and reporting to ensure a "single source of truth" across the organization.
