About The Position

FP&A Manager Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a PE‑backed technology organization to identify an FP&A Manager to help build and scale the company’s financial planning and analysis function. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on strategic decision‑making and business performance. The FP&A Manager will work closely with executive leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial insights across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, owning models, and partnering cross‑functionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in FP&A within a high‑growth or PE‑backed environment
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑finance stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Experience building or scaling FP&A processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models and performance dashboards
• Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership
• Partner with business leaders on headcount planning and cost management
• Support strategic initiatives and ad‑hoc financial analysis
