About The Position

Field Marketing Manager, Central Florida Coldwell Banker Realty Coldwell Banker Realty is seeking a high-energy, strategic Field Marketing Manager to support real estate agents across the Central Florida region. Please note: This position requires travel to our Coldwell Banker offices in Central Florida: St. Pete, Tampa, Clearwater, Lakeland, and Orlando. This is a highly visible, growth-oriented role for someone early in their career who wants to operate at the intersection of marketing, technology, and business strategy . You will partner directly with agents and leadership to help grow their business by translating complex marketing tools, platforms, and tech/ai driven capabilities into simple, actionable strategies. Your ability to communicate clearly, think strategically, and execute quickly will directly impact agent performance and market share. This role blends field marketing, consulting, team leadership, and strategic planning, while helping bring Coldwell Banker Realty’s value proposition to life: Production Power, Coaching to Confidence, Wealth Builder, and Culture. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a people manager of 2 or more direct reports
  • Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain new technology platforms and tools
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital content
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to real estate tools and an understanding of how they support marketing and productivity
  • Experience working in real estate or a field-based environment
  • Understanding of personal branding and lead generation strategies

Responsibilities

  • Advisor to Agents and Leaders Serve as a trusted marketing partner to agents and sales leaders, helping them grow their business through smarter use of tools, platforms, and strategy
  • Break down complex marketing and technology concepts into clear, simple actions agents can implement immediately
  • Lead group sessions and one-on-one consultations to guide personal marketing strategy
  • Partner with top-producing agents to align marketing with business goals
  • Maintain strong in-office presence to support engagement, recruiting, and retention
  • Technology & Marketing Translator Help agents understand and adopt marketing technology, including social media, AI tools, and digital platforms
  • Turn new tools and capabilities into practical, easy-to-use workflows
  • Drive awareness and usage of Coldwell Banker Realty’s marketing ecosystem
  • Team Leadership & Execution Support and develop office-based marketing specialists, ensuring high-quality, consistent service
  • Help prioritize team efforts based on agent needs and business impact
  • Contribute to a high-performance, service-driven team culture
  • Strategic Market Support Execute localized marketing strategies that drive agent growth and market share
  • Track performance and communicate insights to leadership
  • Support recruiting efforts with customized presentations and strategic positioning
  • Events & Market Presence Plan and execute local events and initiatives that build agent engagement and brand visibility
  • Represent the Coldwell Banker brand with professionalism and confidence
