About The Position

Position Objective: The Field Marketing Manager acts as a critical link between marketing strategies and regional sales execution, driving tangible results through localized, data-driven initiatives. This position will ensure the successful planning, development and execution of a variety of strategic and tactical marketing programs designed to raise awareness and drive demand for branches across North America. Other core responsibilities include implementation of marketing programs, sales and implementing tools and technologies to evolve and scale up field sales and operations support to eliminate administrative burden from the field.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 10+ years of B2B marketing experience or related marketing experience
  • Experience leading, coaching and mentoring a team in achieving the departmental and company objectives
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development and execution of marketing plans, programs and tactics designed to raise awareness and generate leads, calls, and foot traffic to our branches by building a framework for repeatable and strategic localized marketing plans
  • Proactively engage with sales and operations teams to coordinate and optimize sales blitzes, in market campaigns, trade shows and open houses.
  • Modernize the companies field marketing and sales approach by standardizing and documenting marketing production operations across marketing and sales//operations teams using a data-driven approach
  • Ensure that branding and messaging is clear and consistent across all marketing materials and regional channels
  • Develop trade show strategy, go-to-market plans to support sales & operation, LOBs and executives.
  • Drive traffic and generate leads with trade show go-to-market plans with a consistent Power of Sunbelt branding and messaging
  • Measure trade shows to show value and impact on rental / revenue. Work with Measurement team to have consist monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to optimize messaging and creating impactful trade shows to increase overall customer touchpoints
  • Plan and oversee trade shows coordination, implementation plans, and logistics. Also to include venue / space selection, technical set-up, on-site show management, hospitality, registration and other projects elements as necessary.
  • Manage relationships with partners, vendors, properties, and suppliers.
  • Manage negotiations, contracts, and invoicing.
  • Evaluate trade show performance, collect and analyze attendee data to maintain a post-event ROI tracking, deliver wrap-up reports, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and balance field marketing & trade show budget
  • Manage direct report organization
