About The Position

The Manager Facilities Services has oversight for Plant Operations, Facilities Engineering, and Grounds functions at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. Reporting to the Director Facilities, the Manager Facilities will lead supervisors and shift leads as well as senior-level individual contributors in Plant Operations, Facilities Engineering, and Grounds. This leadership position will ensure the effective operational support for patient care facilities that includes inpatient, outpatient and ancillary services provided through both ministries. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree From an accredited educational institution. Or equivalent educ/experience
• 6 years Engineering/maintenance experience in a medical setting.
• 3 years Leadership or supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree From an accredited educational institution.
• Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM)
• 3 years Acute care facilities management experience.
