Raytheon's Estimating & Pricing, Mission Solutions & Payload (MSP) organization, has an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference. The chosen candidate will be responsible for all manor of proposal efforts ranging from high dollar, complex, sole sources pursuits to high volume task order pricing actions. This role requires cross-functional with proposal teams, subcontractors, customers and Sub-product line management in both classified and unclassified work environment. What You Will Do The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across a variety of task. Relationship building is a critical key component for this role. You will work in frequent collaboration with other function as part of a proposal team. The qualified candidate will have direct experience in developing competitive new business, follow-on business and engineering change proposals for the government or government prime contractors. An in-depth experience in government laws and regulations related to the development and negotiation of cost proposals is required.(FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA). Excellent MS Office skills (Word. Excel, PowerPoint) along with proposal software experience are required. This position will contribute to the ongoing success of the MSP business in meeting and exceeding financial goals by supporting business pursuits with compliant and winning proposals proposal responses to customer requirements and compliance to the company Estimating System. This position will also provide the opportunity to lead, develop and mentor junior pricing analysts.

Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
Professional experience in a related finance role
Experience with MS Office
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
