About The Position

This role provides a critical opportunity to strengthen and mature an enterprise-wide risk management program within a dynamic, multi-unit organization. The Manager of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) will lead efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and strategic risks while supporting governance, compliance, and risk awareness initiatives. This position blends analytical rigor with cross-functional collaboration, requiring engagement with stakeholders across business units and functions. The role also involves leveraging technology and data to enhance risk monitoring and reporting, contributing to informed decision-making at all organizational levels. Success in this position requires both technical expertise and the ability to influence and advise senior leadership effectively. You will be central to embedding a consistent and sustainable risk management culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CTPRP, CRMP, ARM) preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in ERM, operational risk management, or general risk management
• At least three (3) years of cross-functional experience in large, complex organizations or consulting environments
• Strong analytical, technical, and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and risk management tools
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, lead initiatives, and influence across multiple levels of an organization
• Skilled in program and project management, with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and geographically dispersed environments
• Experience developing and facilitating risk management policies, standards, frameworks, and training programs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5%

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise risk management (ERM) policies, standards, procedures, and frameworks
• Perform risk assessments, analyses, and evaluations to identify potential operational and strategic risks
• Facilitate risk workshops, working sessions, and training programs for risk champions, liaisons, and business unit teams
• Support governance and reporting by preparing insights and recommendations for senior management on risk-related matters
• Enhance and manage the use of ERM technology tools, including GRC platforms and data analytics solutions
• Conduct periodic quality reviews to identify improvements and ensure effective risk mitigation across business units
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed ERM practices, monitor emerging risks, and support risk-informed decision-making
