About The Position

The ERM Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating the design, development, and maintenance of the ERM program across various business units. In this position, you will support the organization in building a robust ERM framework, ensuring effective governance and compliance. Additionally, you will evaluate and mitigate operational and strategic risks, utilizing advanced governance tools to drive program enhancements. Your contributions will be essential in creating a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization, supporting both business and technological initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in ERM or operational risk management.
  • Experience working in cross-functional roles within large organizations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex technical and business requirements to minimize potential losses and manage business risks effectively.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the enterprise-wide ERM program, including risk management policies and governance charters.
  • Participate in business activities to facilitate timely and effective risk-related decisions.
  • Support the development of a community of risk champions across various functions.
  • Facilitate ERM training programs to enhance organizational knowledge of risk management.
  • Conduct workshops to identify and assess risks, developing response plans collaboratively.
  • Create reports for senior management on risk management activities and analyses.
  • Research industry technology and processes to ensure best practices in ERM.
