This role emphasizes the development and maintenance of a robust Enterprise Risk Management program across various business units. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in ERM and operational risk management.
  • At least three years of experience in cross-functional roles within large organizations.
  • Industry-recognized certification in risk management (e.g., CTPRP, CRMP) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with teamwork aptitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with motivation for independent and collaborative work.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills in complex scenarios.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business and technical requirements to identify risks and minimize potential losses.
  • Design and implement the enterprise-wide ERM program that includes risk management policies and maturity models.
  • Collaborate with business and technology groups on new initiatives to inform timely risk decisions.
  • Manage a community of risk champions across corporate functions to enhance risk awareness.
  • Develop and conduct ERM training programs for employees.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify and assess risks along with developing response plans.
  • Prepare senior management reports regarding risk management activities.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve risk management processes.
  • Create and deliver risk management communication and awareness programs.
  • Support the design and enhancement of governance, risk, and compliance tools.
