About The Position

The Manager, Enterprise Programs supports this mission by helping deliver reliable, effective, and forward-looking technology solutions that strengthen our operations and enhance the experience of our volleyball community. This position is regular full-time and works in close partnership with the Director of Enterprise Solutions and teams across the organization. This role helps ensure enterprise technology systems are implemented thoughtfully, aligned with organizational priorities, and positioned to support the long-term growth of the sport. Cross departmental support is expected of all positions. Extended hours may be required to include nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is located in Colorado Springs, CO and is eligible for a remote work arrangement.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting enterprise technology or software implementation initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills; familiarity with agile and/or traditional project management approaches is helpful.
  • Ability to support change management efforts and promote user adoption in a positive, service-focused manner.
  • Understanding of enterprise systems, data flows, and business process integration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and respectfully.
  • Commitment to teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Must successfully pass a USAV background screen (prior to hire date).
  • Must complete SafeSport training within two weeks of hire date and keep current as a condition of continued employment.

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise technology initiatives that advance USA Volleyball’s mission to grow and support the sport at all levels.
  • Help ensure technology systems are accessible, reliable, and aligned with the needs of staff, members, and stakeholders.
  • Apply a service-oriented, business-focused approach to evaluating technology solutions and outcomes.
  • Support innovative efforts that improve operational efficiency, member experience, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Duties and projects as assigned.
  • Assist with the planning, implementation, and optimization of enterprise technology platforms across the organization.
  • Lead functional and integrated testing efforts with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support coordination of system integrations, data connections, and interoperability between platforms.
  • Help document processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and sustainability.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews to support continuous learning and improvement.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and success measures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support timely and effective delivery of initiatives.
  • Monitor progress and communicate updates to stakeholders in a clear and collaborative manner.
  • Help identify risks and support mitigation efforts to keep projects aligned with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to process improvements that promote efficiency, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders across departments and roles.
  • Translate technical concepts into practical, easy-to-understand information for non-technical audiences.
  • Support the development of training materials, documentation, and onboarding resources for enterprise systems.
  • Assist with training sessions, system rollouts, and transitions to support user confidence and adoption.
  • Encourage feedback and continuous improvement to ensure systems meet organizational needs.
  • Build strong, respectful working relationships across departments and with external partners.
  • Provide cross-functional support in a manner that reflects USA Volleyball’s values of collaboration, inclusion, and service.
  • Assist in prioritizing technology initiatives that best support the organization’s strategic goals and operational needs.
