We are seeking an experienced Manager, Enterprise Applications Project Management to lead and manage critical SAP projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring that company objectives are met within budget and on schedule.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
At least 8 years of SAP engagement and project management experience working with large SAP programs
Must have executed at least 2 end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles with hands on experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs
The candidate is expected to play the role of Program Manager for S/4 Upgrade & Migration engagements
Should have led engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buyin of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk.
Should have led business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue and new account generation.
Designed and managed complex SoWs and contracts including change management
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies
Strong English verbal and written skills
Strong interpersonal & client management skills

Nice To Haves

Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams a big plus
Experience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of Hi-Tech industry is a big plus
Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules; track progress against goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration among stakeholders.
Manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Facilitate regular status meetings and provide project updates to senior management.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies, and standards.
Work closely with technical teams for system configuration, testing, and deployment.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team members.
Ensure project documentation is maintained according to standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
