Millennium Print Group is seeking a highly experienced engineering leader to drive press training, maintenance excellence, and equipment performance. This role blends leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and strategic collaboration in a world-class manufacturing environment. Lead engineering training programs for maintenance teams across press operations.
Establish preventive maintenance and repair standards for press equipment.
Provide advanced technical support for complex press diagnostics and repairs.
Support press installations, relocations, and major equipment upgrades.
Serve as the primary technical liaison with press OEMs and key suppliers.
Drive process improvements that enhance quality, productivity, and equipment uptime.
Partner with leadership to support operational excellence initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent technical experience.
10+ years of experience in press installation, maintenance, or advanced technical support.
Deep expertise in press technologies, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Spanish language proficiency a plus.
