Manager, Engineering Training and Development Join Millennium Print Group as a Manager, Engineering Training and Development! Millennium Print Group is seeking a highly experienced engineering leader to drive press training, maintenance excellence, and equipment performance. This role blends leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and strategic collaboration in a world-class manufacturing environment. Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: Full-time | Salaried Exempt | Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package

  • Lead engineering training programs for maintenance teams across press operations.
  • Establish preventive maintenance and repair standards for press equipment.
  • Provide advanced technical support for complex press diagnostics and repairs.
  • Support press installations, relocations, and major equipment upgrades.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison with press OEMs and key suppliers.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance quality, productivity, and equipment uptime.
  • Partner with leadership to support operational excellence initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent technical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in press installation, maintenance, or advanced technical support.
  • Deep expertise in press technologies, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
  • Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Spanish language proficiency a plus.
  • A highly competitive compensation "above the industry" commensurate with experience which includes an annual incentive bonus plan
