Location: This role is open to Hybrid-Eden Prairie-MN-US, Remote-US, Hybrid-Waterloo-ON-CA, Remote-CA. About the Role Arctic Wolf’s Exposure Management platform, built on a core foundation of Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM), helps organizations discover, contextualize, and secure every asset across their environment. Our teams operate as empowered, cross-functional product teams — engineers, product managers, and designers collaborating to solve customer problems, not just ship features. We embrace DevOps principles and believe the teams that build it, own it. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead one or more engineering teams within the Exposure Management product area — owning delivery, growing engineers, and ensuring alignment between what the team builds and the outcomes the business needs. You bring strong technical depth at a Staff or Senior Staff level, contributing to architecture and design decisions while also building a healthy, high-performing team. Your work directly supports Arctic Wolf’s mission to End Cyber Risk.
