About The Position

Within the Engagements team, the Manager is responsible for the day-to-day engagement workflow operations and supports accurate, efficient, and scalable client engagement agreement processing for advisors and client teams. This role blends operational oversight while actively contributing to engagement execution to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery. The role oversees and supports agreement drafting and preparation, onboarding new client relationships in the firm’s CRM system, and comprehensive review and filing of acquired client agreements. The Manager coordinates team workflow, maintains quality and control standards, completes special projects and related duties as assigned, and supports process and automation improvements that strengthen engagement operations. This role works closely with key cross-functional stakeholders, including client transitions, billing, legal, and compliance partners, to ensure alignment and smooth execution across the engagement lifecycle. This role supports the tracking and reporting of key engagement and revenue-related data to ensure accuracy, visibility, and operational alignment with billing and finance partners. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of operational and process acumen are essential. This role is well suited for someone who seeks to combine operational excellence, process improvement, and hands-on execution in a high-impact engagement environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in engagement services, agreements, onboarding, or operations
  • Experience drafting or reviewing agreements and controlled documents
  • Experience onboarding client relationships in a CRM
  • Experience reviewing and organizing agreement files, including acquired accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • High degree of operational and process acumen
  • Experience coordinating workflow
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Engagement Operations
  • Manage day-to-day engagement workflow, intake, assignment, and turnaround tracking
  • Review and support drafting of client agreements and non-disclosure agreements
  • Oversee and support onboarding of new client relationships in the CRM
  • Ensure accurate intake, documentation review, and engagement record setup
  • Conduct and oversee comprehensive review and filing of acquired client agreements
  • Review engagement requests and required documentation for quality and readiness

  • Communicate with client teams regarding engagement requirements and status updates
  • Provide guidance on engagement preparation, intake requirements, and documentation standards

  • Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
