About The Position

The Manager of End User Enterprise Platforms leads a team responsible for delivering, operating, and continuously improving a diverse portfolio of enterprise-scale end-user technology platforms. This role ensures stability, security, and scalability of platforms supporting the enterprise across multiple business units. The manager oversees platforms and equipment, promotes teamwork, improves efficiency, manages services, and ensures security. Their duties also include updating the platforms with new features and maintaining compliance with strict security regulations. The scope of platforms includes both technical platforms (device management, collaboration suites, and enterprise productivity tools) and security platforms (including advanced threat protection, secure access, and email security). The manager must demonstrate direct experience leading the architecting, deployment, and operation of these platforms at scale, as well as introducing and managing security controls and integrations across a complex, distributed environment. This role is based in our Deerfield Beach office in South Florida.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT platform management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting, operating, and securing enterprise platforms at scale, including endpoint management, collaboration, productivity, service management, and security technologies.
  • Proven record in introducing and managing security solutions for large, distributed environments.
  • Direct experience with a broad range of platforms, such as those in endpoint management, security, collaboration, and service management.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow administration and configuration.
  • Solid comprehension of security frameworks, compliance standards, and endpoint protection tools.
  • Proficient in management skills, clear communication, and adept at maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL certification or equivalent experience in ITSM practices.
  • Experience with automation and scripting for platform management.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based endpoint management solutions (e.g., Intune, JAMF).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of platform engineers and administrators.
  • Define and execute platform strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Architect, deploy, and manage end-user platforms at enterprise scale, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability for thousands of endpoints and users.
  • Maintain platform health through proactive monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Oversee lifecycle management, configuration, patching, and upgrades for a broad range of platforms, including Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Manage a diverse set of platforms, including the following categories: Endpoint Management & Compute: Intune, End User Compute, Citrix, CloudPC Collaboration & Productivity: Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, MS Office), RingCentral, Enterprise Print Service Management & Automation: ServiceNow End Point Security & Threat Protection: Endpoint protection & prevention suites, secure endpoint networking platforms, enterprise email security platforms.
  • Lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing management of security platforms and controls across all end-user technologies.
  • Ensure robust endpoint protection, threat detection, secure access, and email security for all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the security team to implement new security features, address emerging threats, and comply with all regulations and company standards.
  • Identify, evaluate, and deploy new features and capabilities to improve end-user experience and platform security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and deliver scalable, future-ready solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and processes for platform management and security operations.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to lead teams in iterative delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms.
  • Establish and maintain product and platform backlogs, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive team performance through Agile ceremonies, metrics, and adaptive processes that maximize value and responsiveness.
