This role is for a strategic and execution-oriented Manager of Enablement Programs and Content at Trimble, focused on elevating Customer Success. The Manager will build an "Internal Knowledge Engine" and "External Content Suite" to empower global teams and customers, driving operational efficiency and supporting retention and growth through innovative training and high-impact collateral. Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming how work gets done through precise positioning, modeling, and data analytics in essential industries like construction, geospatial, and transportation. The AECO segment provides digital construction solutions for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations. The Manager will act as the architect of the internal and external knowledge ecosystem, directly influencing the productivity of global Customer Success and Support teams by translating technical specifications into customer-ready success stories and partnering with Product, Marketing, and AI teams to redefine the customer journey for the AECO industry.
