Manager, Enablement Operations and Instructional Design We have an opportunity for a Manager, Enablement Operations and Instructional Design to join our Global Enablement team based anywhere in the US, reporting to the Senior Director, Global Enablement. In this pivotal role, you will operate as a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for building and scaling the systems, content, and programs that power our global field organization. This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, revenue operations, instructional design, and technology, ensuring our GTM teams have the right content, training, and tools—at the right time and in the right place—to drive predictable growth. You will own the end‑to‑end enablement ecosystem: platform strategy and administration, content and curriculum design, program governance, analytics/insights, and cross‑functional orchestration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
