Manager, Enablement Operations and Instructional Design We have an opportunity for a Manager, Enablement Operations and Instructional Design to join our Global Enablement team based anywhere in the US, reporting to the Senior Director, Global Enablement. In this pivotal role, you will operate as a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for building and scaling the systems, content, and programs that power our global field organization. This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, revenue operations, instructional design, and technology, ensuring our GTM teams have the right content, training, and tools—at the right time and in the right place—to drive predictable growth. You will own the end‑to‑end enablement ecosystem: platform strategy and administration, content and curriculum design, program governance, analytics/insights, and cross‑functional orchestration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience developing e-learning content for a global software company, with proven experience leading a team
  • Proven experience owning and administering one or more enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle, Showpad, Lessonly, Brainshark, or similar), including integrations with CRM and collaboration tools
  • Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies; experience creating blended learning and accreditation/certification programs for sales or customer‑facing roles
  • Strong program and project management skills; able to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously from concept to launch to optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics, influence stakeholders at all levels, and craft clear enablement narratives for field audiences
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics and feedback to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, and often ambiguous environment, with a bias toward action and experimentation
  • Bachelor’s degree required
