This position's primary responsibilities include the design and development of learning activities, assignments, assessments, and instructional approaches in the development of online and hybrid (blended) training for Trillium Members, Providers, and Staff. This position is responsible for the gathering, analysis, implementation, security, integration, training, maintenance, and end-user support of the My Learning Campus - Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, educational technologies, multimedia design, and/or learning analytics.
